Overview
Red Banks Campground, located 23 miles northeast of Logan, Utah, sits on the banks of Logan River. The aspen and willows on the campground offer partial shade to some campsites, and the heavy grasses and shrubs offer privacy from fellow campers.
Recreation
Hiking opportunities include Trail 051 south of here, and in the Tony Grove area, also south of here. Fishing in the river or creeks. Scenic drive the canyon byway.
Facilities
Red Banks is a small 12 single site campground right on the banks of the Logan River. Each camp site offers a picnic table and fire ring. Vault restrooms are available.
Natural Features
The Logan River laps gently along the borders of this campground. Directly across the river lies a steep red bank of sandstone and conglomerate that give the area its colorful name.
